Celebrate with us while supporting future talent in Iowa’s restaurant & hospitality industry through ProStart – a High School culinary arts and restaurant management career program providing mentoring, internships, competitive events, and scholarship funds.

Your evening includes dinner prepared by Chef Katie Van Dyke and served by Des Moines Central Campus ProStart and Iowa Culinary Institute students, drinks and live music. Students will showcase their culinary skills in live action cooking stations.
